Listing co-marketing
A buyer incentive you can advertise on your listing
Give buyers a reason to choose your home over the one down the street — at zero cost to your seller and no impact on your commission.
The offer, in one line: a buyer who purchases your listing working with Homa (a licensed Texas brokerage) gets up to 2% of the price back at closing — taken as cash or applied to a permanent rate buydown that lowers their monthly payment.
How it works
1
You feature the incentive in your own marketing — flyer, social posts, open-house materials, your listing site or emails to your buyer list. (It's a buyer-side rebate, so it lives in your marketing, not the MLS or seller-concession fields.)
2
A buyer who purchases through Homa receives the rebate at closing. They choose cash back or a rate buydown (on a $380K home, ~$5,700 back ≈ ~$92/month off the payment).
3
It comes out of the buy-side, so it costs your seller nothing and doesn't touch your commission. It's a buyer benefit from Homa — not a seller concession.

Clean, honest, and safe to use in your marketing:
Buyers who purchase this home working with Homa, a licensed Texas real estate brokerage, receive a rebate of up to 2% of the purchase price at closing, taken as cash or applied toward a mortgage rate buydown. This rebate is a buyer benefit provided by Homa from the buyer-side commission, at no cost to the seller and with no effect on the listing broker's compensation. Not a seller concession. Buyer must transact with Homa to qualify; terms available at tryhoma.com.
Why it moves your listing
- At the current price, what stops buyers is usually the monthly payment — the rate buydown option answers that directly.
- It's something no competing listing has, and it costs you and your seller nothing to offer.
- Homa has buyers actively searching your market every week; the incentive gives them a concrete reason to pick your home.
